I watched an episode every now and then of the previous seasons but this is the first i got into to the point where I record it.I don't know why I like this season so much.

opposite for me, this is the first season i cant get in to. i think its horrible. jordin is amazing, but no one else stands out.

I don't think this season is as bad as most people are making it out to be. Then again, I've only been watching since season 4.

I agree. I loved all the previous years of the show (with the exception of Season 3). I don't think this year is really good. I miss the guest judges. They never do that anymore. And this is probably the least talented bunch of people, yet.

i dont know, i just think this season is blah..its come to the point where you can predict every move all the contestants make. IMO, AI needs another format change...last time there was a "blah" season (ie Season 3, although i dont think it was that bad), the following season, AI completely switched the format and the next two years (AI4, AI5) were AWESOME.

This is the first season I've really gotten into the show.

I also think this season is kinda blah. Season 4/5 rocked, though. I really hope to see someone kick it up a notch...I do like Blakes unique way of singing/beatboxing/dancing-it is fresh. I also like Phil's voice-but he is sort of boring. I can't stop watching, though, because there is always hope!!!:D

as for the best season, its definitley between 4 and 5. 4 was more exciting to me but 5 had a LOT more personality. i think i like 5 a little bit more.

Yeah, I hate the negativity too. I'd rather focus on enjoying the show instead of ranting about what it could be. It is what it is.

I love AI5 to te point where I cans till remember the contestants names, other ones Ive had to go back and look, except for the winners.

I didn't even watch the first two seasons of AI, yet I know all of the finalists' names. :lol: :p
