On one of the Honeymooner special type shows -Can't remember if it was the old one hosted by Paul Reiser or the more recent one by Kevin James (if it really matters I can go back & look)- they showed an episode where Alice has a patch over her eye, Trixie asks if Ralph hit her, Alice says something about yes but he did it when throwing dirty laundry.
This wasn't on any on the Lost Episode Collections so my guess is of course that it's one of those "Still Lost Episodes" but which one is it?

I believe the patch episode is "Six Months to Live". Audrey had an eye infection, so they decided to script it as Ralph throwing his socks to her and she missed. Paul Reiser hosted the "Really Lost Debut Episodes" which were the Dumont shows and IIRC "Jackie Gleason's Cavalcade of Characters" which were pre-Honeymooners skits from the Jackie Gleason Show.

Yes, it was in fact the original version of "Six Months To Live," which aired on December 13th, 1952. Since the only specials I've seen hosted by Paul Reiser had to do with the Cavalcade of Stars, the special that showed a clip from "Six Months To Live" was probably hosted by Kevin James. That particular sketch was actually shown in it's entirety on "The Best of Gleason III" in 1989.

I'm pretty sure the Paul Reiser special was actually called "The Really Lost Debut Episodes," even though fans usually just refer to them as "The Really Lost Episodes."
