I came across this article that says nancy had twins and named them gertrude and lester to heighten her career. It also claims that her doctor induced her labor right after julia roberts had her twins. THIS MAKES ME SO ANGRY!!!! Read it. I'll paste the URL.

I was so angry I posted the topic before I was even finished...Obviously Nancy didnt even have twins and who is this so called close friend that would say we tried this to heighten her career and too bad it didnt work. This is just crazy.

it seems to be a somewhat ill-conceived attempt at satire, at least judging by their "About Us" page, and reading some of their other articles.

Poor Nancy, she shouldn't have to put up with this. Stupied media now a days they will do anything for a story. I just can't see Nancy doing this to heighten her career or letting the doctor induce her labor. Even though I did hear that Nancy had her baby early in December and her due date was in Feburary but I just don't think she would let the doctor make her have her baby that soon, I bet the reason her baby came that early was cause that's when God wanted her baby born. Nancy is smarter than this.

Nancy is so above all of that crap. She deserves better publicity. Oh well... I think that only her fans will care, and we know better than to believe those lies. And those that believe it either don't know any better or they probably don't care. So I think we're safe. I think she's safe:D . Hopefully.

well there is clearly no truth to this bc this article was when julia roberts had her twins, which was 3 years ago. These twins that they are referring to are not true. She had Aurora.

Do you not find it strange that there is absolutely no evidence of a NM birth outside of Lisa Whelchel's website? I find this very peculiar. Even the most private of celebrities cannot entirely conceal what is going on in their personal lives. Even Greta Garbo was not immune from the media. I find the whole thing to be extremely suspect. Something about this whole birth/Nancy McKeon story just doesn't ring true.

well there are a few pics out there when nancy was pregnant with aurora and nancy did state on an interview for fol dvd release that she is still acting but focusing on being a mom. There are also pictures of Nancy pregnant with her second child on wireimage.com. so obviously she does have two kids but you're right it is kind of weird that she was able to keep it such a secret. i didnt even know she was pregnant, i found out about the second child through lisa whelchel's website.

She didn't reallyhave twins, did she? I remember distinctly that she was pregnant a while ago, though -- anyone have the news?

nancy did not have twins. she had a daughter that she and he husband named aurora.
