The E! Network has launched their annual campaign to save popular series from an early, and, in some cases, undeserved, cancellation. They're offering viewers a chance to vote online and make their voices be heard. The only catch is that you can only vote for one series, even though there are many good choices out there. You can also include your comments and explain why you voted for that show. The winning series will have their appeals brought directly to the networks, who then will have little choice but to listen carefully or else risk losing millions of viewers. Incidentally, I voted for "Scrubs". It's one of the few sitcoms on now that's worth watching and NBC treats it like dirt. I doubt they'll miss it that much but I certainly will, unless ABC is serious about picking it up.
From the viewer comments I've read so far, it looks like "Veronica Mars" is currently in the lead. Will it stay there? You decide.
I wonder if a similiar campaign will work for TV Land.....
