I asked my prom date out. I was embarrased that nobody'd asked me and I was not going to miss my prom, so I just asked one of my friends if he'd go with me (as friends). There's no pressure that way and it didn't seem so weird. He was a junior so he wouldn't have been able to go otherwise, and it worked out really well.

Well, actually what ended up happening was he hooked up with one of the girls in our group, and I hooked up with her date :crazy: Good thing we were all just friends :lol:

If you're not scared of that sort of thing, go for it. Me, I'm too scared to do things like that. This is why I went to the prom alone.

Yes. I asked my guy friend to go with me for my Junior Prom and he said yes. :p

We have two weeks so its too late now but I'm only a Junior and I just got back from sping break in Italy and next Spring Break is Greece and my best friend is going so I'm good right now and dont care about prom
