and they were still living there?-lol Who the hell wants to hear that when they are currently living there? Then he was showing people the APT while Jack and the Girls were HOME-lol Furkey was a real A$$Hole in early season 4

I see where you are getting at. I was always thought that Mr. Furley had as much logic as a 6 year old boy. I thought Mr. Roper was the better landlord even though he had the libido of a catholic monk.

Furley was a lot cheaper than Mr. Roper. But he turned out ok. It seemed like Furley tried to hard to fit in.

Roper to me was cheaper. Don't forget, he lent Jack $800 to open that Bistro. Roper wouldn't even have lent him a fraction of that.

Because they were driving him nuts and he wanted to threaten them. Not that great of a way to threaten, but that's Furley for you :lol:
