That's weird. Because I just saw on a site that he was in episode: "Stakeout on Mist Blue Mountain" from Season One.

Yes thats right, he was in both episodes.....in Pussycats Galore he played Hans Frome the owner of the Pussycat club (which was a KAOS front) and a random KAOS courier on Stakeout on Blue Mist Mountain

Pussycats Galore is also an ep with Charlie Watkins.....a female impersonator-Control agent....that Max is kind of attracted to, even though he's a guy! :lol:
