In this 80s action Movie there was a Fictional TV series Called The hate Boat, can anyone tell me the name of this movie and who was its starr?

it was in The Running Man, but I don't remember who was supposed to be the star of the fictional TV series.

All I know is Arnold S. played the guy who was taken to play the game hosted by Richard Dawson (who's name was Damon Killian I think)
