It's not even funny. I'm actually pretty disappointed right now in all honesty. My step-father's friend, won two tickets to Wrestlemania. Along with the tickets he won free airfare, free hotel at the place where the wrestlers are staying, free limo ride everywhere, $500.00 spending cash, $1,500 dollars worth of WWE merchandise, two tickets to the premiere of Stone Cold Steve Austin's new movie, two tickets to the WWE Hall Of Fame Ceremony, and of course, two tickets to Wrestlemania 23 on Ford's field, in front of 70,000 fans!!! And guess what?? I was the guy he picked to go with him. I've been a huge wrestling fan since the age of 5, and one of my biggest dreams was to go to a wrestling event live, and my ultimate dream was to go to Wrestlemania, which to wrestling fans is THE Superbowl of pro wrestling. So, I'm sure you all can imagine how excited I was. But here's the bad news. My friend contacted the airline, and they have this rule that you have to contact them about who you're taking with you, 14 days in advance, and my friend contacted them 12 days beforehand. :( I guess that's some rule they have now because of 9/11. What I don't understand though, they can't let me go for free because they need 14 days notice, but I can still buy an airline ticket to go, even though there's not 14 days notice. :confused: So anyway, basically all I have to do, is find a cheap ticket flying out of Portland on March 29th, and that is returning on April 2nd, and I will be able to experience one of my biggest dreams. So far the cheapest roundtrip ticket I've found for those dates, have been in the $400.00 range. Now that'll really eat up at my budget, but since this is a $7000 dollar package, I think it's well worth it, and I'd be stupid to pass it up. My question to you guys though, is do you know of any websites where I might be able to get a ticket for cheaper, or at a discount rate?? Obviously I want to get the best deal I can, and save any amount of money that I can, so if any of you can help me out with that, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks Brian, I appreciate that :) Yeah, I was so disappointed when I got that news. I can understand there needing to be changes since 9/11, but I don't understand why I can't fly for free unless it's 14 days in advance, yet they have no problem letting me fly a couple days in advance, as long as I pay. That's what I don't get.

I did try Priceline and Cheaptickets, but I haven't tried the other two you mentioned yet. I'll check those out, and keep you updated on how things go. Thanks again!! :)

My friend is already going to Wrestlemania.His friend said he and his father are inviting him along since they had one extra ticket.I may not be going to Wrestlemania but I might meet Chris Jericho tomorrow and could go to the Fan Axess next week if my friend doesn't have any plans

And it does look like I'm going. I was able to get enough money together for the airfare, with a bit to spare for spending money, so it looks like I'm good to go. I'll be getting my airline ticket on Monday, and barring a disaster, it looks like I'll get the chance to live one of my lifelong dreams of going to Wrestlemania!!!!! :D I'm really excited!!! I'm even gonna get to see Aretha Franklin perform live!! :D
