I've been watching this series, it's funny and rather interesting. I'm a fan of Boston Rob, in this show he and Amber go to Las Vegas and Rob tries his hand at professional poker. I'm up to episode 5, here's a summary of that episode.
Rob plays in his first poker tournament. He has to settle for third place, he's upset about it and becomes depressed. Amber, loving and dedicated wife that she is, decides to surprise Rob by making a romantic dinner for the two of them. Now apparently, Amber has never cooked a dinner in her entire life. (Yea, she sounds like good wife material to me. ) So she enlists the aid of the girl who won the Hel's Kitchen competition. Amber goes to meet with her, the girl tries to give Amber a crash course on making a dinner. The whole concept seems foreign to Amber and the girl is standing there shaking her head in disbelief. So Amber goes home and tries to get everything ready before Rob comes home. She's so sweet, she has a romantic table set with candles lit and everything. Rob gets home, she surprises him with the meal and they sit down for dinner. Rob is not too thrilled with how it turned out, but he tells Amber he appreciates her effort. Rob offers to do the dishes and clean up the kitchen. Amber says she is going to take a bath. While Rob is cleaning up in the kitchen, Amber sticks her head out of the bathroom door with towel wrapped around her and asks Rob if he would like to join her in the bathtub when he is done in the kitchen. Rob declines, he tells Amber they can sit on the sofa together and watch a movie later. Rob then says something to the camera about wanting to be left alone when he's upset about something. Now I don't know about you, I know they were making a TV show here, but somehow I think that Rob ended up in that bathtub with Amber. If Rob actually did decline her offer, there's something wrong with that boy!
I know not everyone likes Rob and Amber, but if you enjoy these two this is a fun show to watch. I have to watch the other episodes of the series and see how it finishes up.
