Check this out, this one is totally ridiculous. ME-TV in Chicago airs a block of black and white shows on Saturday nights. Today, just because it's Saint Patrick's Day, they are going to air these shows with a green tint in the picture. So it will basically be like watching the TV with a sheet of transparent green plastic on the screen. What a stupid concept that is. I wonder what imbecile at the station dreamed that one up. The one who approved it is a bigger imbecile. Those individuals have to be on drugs.

Nick at Nite did that back in the 80s. I think it's cute.

Sounds like the same idiot at Nick@Nite that came up with the stupid idea of Pretty Picture Frame Night a few years ago. They decided one night that all programming would be encased in a picture frame setting and you were forced to look at whatever they aired with your tv screen surrounded by a stupid looking frame.

That is like bars that serve green colored beer - thanks for trying to get into the spirit, but let's not go too crazy.

Yea, I agree with you there. And I see that ME-TV is now placing their station ID on the bottom right screen in the shows they air. They never did that before until now. Sounds to me like the station is starting to go downhill.

If a station starts putting their logo or I.D. in the screen, That's usually the first sign of the old bait and switch and soon you'll feel the rug being pulled right out from under you.

When I was a kid, they aired this behind the scenes of the show, the Facts of Life, and I was trying to find it on youtube or some of the others and I cant seem to find it. I dont remember much about it other than they were still at the Eastland school when they shot the special, so either for season 2,3, or 4. Kim Fields does a lot of talking on the show, and they show their dressing rooms, etc. Does anyone remember what I am talking about? And if so, do you know where I can see the footage? I was hoping they would have had some extras on the dvds, but alas they did not.
Thanks for any info!
