The episode DIVORCE. That was just plain boring. Having Dan and Roseanne going out to dinner and finding out a couple they know is divorced is all the episode was abt. Plain, boring and pointless. A waste.

RADIO DAYS: When Dan enters a song writing contest. God, I hate this episode so much that I have only seen it ONCE. During its first run. I don't watch it at all in reruns. Sooooooo pointless.

It was. The finale didn't help matters either.

I hated the episodes that took place in the hair salon that Roseanne worked at for a time.

yeah that was a bad episode, never liked it. It was just stupid in my opinion.

Yes! add that one too. Horrible. I didn't care for the Disneyland episode either.

Ha! I love the Disney episode but probably because I like Disney World in general and like seeing the park. It was a pointless episode for the most part but it did set up Darlene's pregnancy. I think that a few family friendly shows on ABC were going to Disney during this time - Full House and Step by Step also come to mind.

Season 9 wasn't pointless, it's my favorite. So different from everything else... it will always be the craziest thing ever, you'll never see a TV Show season like that ever again. I understand why a lot of people hate it but it is what it is.

Really?These are some of my favorite episodes.Especially where Roseanne sues that Mrs. Wellman.The 2nd season episode about the bathroom dream was pointless and boring.

That dream thing in the bathroom where everyone sings the Roseanne song is soooo stupid.

That dream eppy is one of my favorites it was different and funny,i agree with the brainwash one with david that was stupid and the terrorist eppy.

Just the sort of day-in-the life "fluff" I need in my life, from time to time. Harmless, not heavy. "D-I-V-O-R-C-E" was an early invitaion into seeing just how much Roseanne and Dan love each other, without bedroom scenes (what you typically get from writers).

I liked "Radio Days" because it reminded me of being in awe, watching one of my parents excel at something they loved and were good at. It felt good to be proud of them. And, if it didn't work out (as was the case with Dan's song), they let you know that THAT was okay, too. The Conner kids didn't have much to say during this episode-- they were the "watchers". But, in the end, they were dying to hear their dad perform.

As for "Bridge Over Troubled Sonny", I just thought it was a VERY clever, and FUNNY storyline. I can only imagine what whacky things were going on in the writer's life that prompted her to come up with such an idea! :rotflmao:
