I remember about 5 years ago when Pepsi used to have a special called "Pepsi's Play for a Billion" and I haven't seen it for five years. I've seen a little bit of that where the people who didn't win a billion. They did that a year later and it doesn't win. What a bummer! :( It reminds me of "The Price is Right's Million Dollar Spectacular" a few years back and it doesn't win a million after you spun the big wheel and it never reached a dollar.
