When I hear Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" I think of the string quartet playing it as the wedding march in "The Wedding SInger".

When I hear "If They Could See Me Now" I think of Kathie Lee Gifford and Carnival Cruises.

When I hear "Smile and the World Smiles With You" I think of my grandmother (who has since passed on) whom I loved like crazy, and miss like crazy. :)

When I hear "You Are My Sunshine" I think of the times my mom sang it to me before bedtime. :)

When I hear "My Heart Will Go On" I think of my senior year of high school and how much the song was overplayed even THEN!!

When I hear "Money for Nothing", I think about & yearn for the days when MTV was actually worth watching. I know there's VH-1 Classics but it's just not the same. :(

When I hear "Peaceful Easy Feeling" by the Eagles I think of an old beau from my senior year in high school.

When I hear the song I can't help myself I remember the time I went karaoking with my friends and my boyfriend and I sang that song to my boyfriend

The song Just Remember I Love You by firefall feminds me of all the times me and my girlfriends would go hear my dad's country band and we would always request this song

Everytime I hear the song I shot the Sheriff I think of this video and I just laugh and laugh-

And the song Don't Cha reminds me of the Ellen Degeneres show and her showing her audience dancing to this song and they showed this old lady kind of head bobing to it and that was just to funny

When I hear "I'll Be Where The Heart It" by Kim Carnes from the Flashdance soundtrack I think of my dog Duke who passed away last April 26th. When ever I hear the song in the movie or while listening to the soundtrack album, I get really choked up. :(

When I hear "Iris" by the Goo Goo Dolls I am reminded about how very, very depressed I was in late 1998 and the first half of 1999. I was so depresssed during that period I didn't think that I would ever get better. At the time musis provided me with some comfort and this was a hugly popular song. I played it all the time. It made me feel good.

"My Hometown" by Bruce Springsteen reminds me of the house I lived in from 1979 to 1985.

when I hear 'Jesus, Take The Wheel' by Carrie Underwood, I well up with tears. I don't cry, just well up. It's just such a powerful song and it hits you in the gut.
