Segment about the civil war ghosts that haunt the town of Gettysburg Pennsylvania.

On one of the many re-enactments of the civil war, 2 men were having a rest when they were approached by a man dressed in authentic civil war attire, too authentic to be part of the re-enactors. The man smelled like sulfur. The soldier handed them 2 bullets, when they looked up, the man had vanished. The bullets were later found to have been authentic bullets from 1863.

In December 1993, A group of friends were in Gettysburg for the 130th Anniversary of the battle. They were walking down a creek called Bloody Run. The wife stopped her husband when she saw a figure crouching in the foetal position. The figure had a misty appearance and appeared to be in pain. The husband and wife left the trail. Soon, the group headed out to an area called the Slaughter Pen. They saw a misty figure with a lantern seemingly looking through the grass for something. They were also hearing cannons going off.

Pennsylvania Hall used to serve as a field hospital during the battle. One night, 2 adminstrators were alone in the building at around midnight. They went into the elevator. The elevator then took the 2 women to the basement despite none of them actually pressing the button for the basement. The doors opened and they saw what appeared to be a scene from the civil war. They saw people dressed in 1860's attire amputating the wounded. They then saw a man and he looked at them as if he needed help. The 2 adminstrators then told a security guard what they saw.

The hospital part was freaky......it was like they (the men) were asking for help because they were stuck there in time or something.

I concur. I suppose if there is any good in a post like this it's the fact that we know the story made it to YouTube. But yeah, there is no point in posting a summary as most of us already know what the case is about.

Stop being a forum snob.
I think i've seen this story but will watch it again to double check in a few days.

By memory it was another one of those ghost segments that give me the creeps!

One, stop all being so mean, give the guy a break. He was just posting info some of us have seen, and others of us may find interesting without particularly wanting to take the time to watch the youtube thing.

As to the story itself, though, thought it was some real BS, even though I'd love to believe. Gee, a bunch of people so committed to the civil war era they dress up at go to the battlefield convince themselves they've seen strange stuff.

The one bit that's really interesting is the two women who allegedy saw the army hospital. But again, the usual dubious factors: we don't know what they saw, we just know that they may or may not have said something to a security guard, who himself doesn't believe in ghosts. An open and shut case if ever I saw one. Not.
