I notice that the NBC affafailte here in Philly end the Today Show at 9:53am. Does that happen in all the other cities besides NYC? So that means I would never have a COMPLETE TODAY show if I wanted to keep one in my collection. This pisses me off

I think at every approx. :23 and :53 they go on break for local news. They come at the top of the hour though, but in the case when the show ends, they return at like :58. I have not watched Today in a while, though.

GMA does that for sure. But the ending is not long at all, maybe 30 seconds. They just say goodbye and see you tomorrow. And no one cares about The Early Show, as here in NY Good Day NY and CW11 Morning News beats it.

I never seen the Today crew again after 9:53am, so I never get a chance to see them say GOODBYE

I know the local News for the NBC affailate in Phily does a News update at 7:55am, and 8:55am but when they do their 9:55am update, they never go back to the Today show, just straight to the 10am Program on NBC10
