Does anybody remember this episode? I just recently found it on a couple tapes i have from fox family and i had forgotten ALL about it, but was a great episode it is! I hope this thread can discuss if this is a good episode and such...

The reason i liked this episode is because it was nice to see how Bobby and Carol came to be... it's always great to see two opposite "statuses" in high school match up. But it was also good to see Carol somewhat give into the peer pressure of lying to everyone that her and Bobby slept together.

I love really liked how Mike shows his soft side with protecting Carol again, he really is a great older brother when he needs to be. But it was nice to see him having got in a fight with his BEST friend over it all! and even suspended.

Now, some things i thought were a little odd about the episode. 1 - dont you think that Bobby would have heard the rumor since he's one of the most popular people in high school and it's about him. i mean, you would assume that his fellow football buddies would come up and high five him and be like, "way to go bobby!!" but no, he's completely in the dark about it all, which is fine. 2 - when mike comes in telling jason that he heard that carol is sleeping with bobby right up in her room, both mike and jason assume that bobby started the rumor. Why wouldn't they consider the possibility that the rumor is true, that maybe her and bobby did sleep together. 3 - it's interesting that when maggie tells carol that bobby's been spreading rumors about her and carol says i think we have a problem, you would think that maggie would then almost assume that carol knew about the rumor and maybe the rumor is true... but again, that thought never crossed maggie, jason, or mike...
