I just don't know when Dancing with the Stars comes on. If I knew, I would check it out. TVFactFan 02-21-2007, 08:25 PM Clyde is my all-time favorite player. I just don't know when Dancing with the Stars comes on. If I knew, I would check it out. First week of March Pavan 02-21-2007, 08:47 PM March 19 it premieres. Mondays at 8 and results are Tuesdays at 9. Results won't start until the 2nd week though. Clyde is an excellent choice. Barkley watches the show, so I'm sure he'll mention it a lot on Inside the NBA each Thursday. TVFactFan 02-21-2007, 08:49 PM March 19 it premieres. Mondays at 8 and results are Tuesdays at 9. Oh you are a Drexeler Fan Too? Pavan 02-21-2007, 08:56 PM Yeah, I like the Glyde. He was a smooth player. I liked him on the Blazers more though than the Rockets. TVFactFan 02-21-2007, 08:58 PM Yeah, I like the Glyde. He was a smooth player. I liked him on the Blazers more though than the Rockets. So you watched Clyde during the 88-94 era in Portland? Pavan 02-21-2007, 09:23 PM Yeah, I really got into the NBA in 1991 when the Bulls won their first. Drexler was in the finals in 1992 vs the Bulls. I have a lot of Bulls games on tape, mainly from 1993-98 though. GARFIELDKOOL 02-21-2007, 09:27 PM So you watched Clyde during the 88-94 era in Portland? I know I did, and before that as well. I just felt bad for Clyde, because he didn't get the recognition when Jordan was playing. I understand that because He played in Portland. Blazers games rarely got national TV time he was quiet he wore Avias and din't get marketed much. Not only that, the first Dream team in 1992, they picked bum ass Christian Lattener over Clyde. He eventually got in, but why pick a college player who was unproven (and didn't pan out) over a vet who had just led his team to 2 NBA Finals in 3 years?! canuckkidd 02-22-2007, 06:14 PM Clyde was a great player in Portland, I am glad he got a ring with Houston. If it were not for Jordan and the Bulls he would have one a ring with Portland. They had a nice team with Terry Portor, Jerome Kersey, Danny Ainge, and Buck Williams. I am sure his dancing will just be as silky smooth as his basketball skills. TVFactFan 02-22-2007, 06:40 PM Clyde was a great player in Portland, I am glad he got a ring with Houston. Yeah I just knew the Blazers of 89, 90, 91, and 92 would get atleast ONE RING freshprinceofLA 02-22-2007, 08:55 PM I WANNA see if clyde kept himself in shape. |
