Gosh, there are so many good ones. Tammy, Jimmy, and Leann, long lost siblings, might be my favorite. It's amazing how UM can scare the heck out of me one minute, then have me crying tears of joy the next.

It's amazing how UM can scare the heck out of me one minute, then have me crying tears of joy the next. AVERMAN 02-21-2007, 10:01 PM I remember where these 2 girls shared the same hospital room and one of the girls told the other one she wanted her to be the godmother of her child or something. dynoguy88 02-21-2007, 10:07 PM I would say it is a tie between the siblings Leanne finding her brother and sister Jimmy and Tammy and Judy Davis who suffered from polio finding her childhood friend Becky. SiberianKiss 02-21-2007, 10:11 PM none I always skip those also on simpsons re-runs i always skip the singing ones. i hate the singing ones! AVERMAN 02-21-2007, 10:29 PM I also hate singing ones. But I love the lost loves segments, not as much as the unexplained segments. justins5256 02-21-2007, 11:41 PM I'm really bad with names, especially in lost loves cases as they tend to be my least favorite segments, but the story about the deaf woman looking for her biological father always got to me. LooksLikeCRicci 02-22-2007, 12:18 AM I suck at names, too. I enjoyed the Lost Loves segment where the woman found the guy who helped her get out of juvenile hall. She had been sent there because she accused her stepfather of molesting her. She told her sad tale to the driver of the bus that was headed for the juvenile detention center, and he believed her and helped her get out. I still don't remember her name. I've mentioned this segment before, I know that much. dynoguy88 02-22-2007, 12:35 AM I suck at names, too. Awsi Dooger 02-22-2007, 12:45 AM none I always skip those also on simpsons re-runs i always skip the singing ones. i hate the singing ones! Agreed, the singing sucks. Another thing I hate is homemade poetry. I can't click away fast enough when I'm listening to a radio talk show and a caller starts reading brutal and tortured simplistic homespun poetry. Luckily it's not as prevalent on message boards although I've seen it. kadrmas15 02-22-2007, 03:19 AM Yes, I would agree the ones that I thought were good were like the one that was mentioned by CRicci where the woman that was molested by her dad or stepdad that was a cop. How the cops back then would take his side and just lock her up but that one sheriff's deputy believed her and she tracked him down. That was a good one. I like them for the most part. I mean, I especially like the ones where siblings or parents and their kids are reunited or something like that. I also do like it though if someone is trying to track down someone that made a huge difference in their lives when they were younger. I mean I know some people on here dont like that but I thought they were good. Even though some found it corny, even the one where the guy tracked down the other guy from when they were kids because he would stand up for him and be h is friend and protect him from bullies. It might sound minor but I mean those kind of people can make huge differences in people's lives and usually they just want to track them down and thank them and let them know how much what they did meant to them. |
