Shouldn't this thread be more like "Sitcoms Stars that starred alongside each other that are also married in real life?"
Well, here's my take:
Susan Clark (Katherine Calder-Young Papadopolis) and Alex Karras (George Papadopolis) been married in real life a few years even before Webster started in 1983.
Brad Garrett and Jill Diven (until last year) - Everybody Loves Raymond

I think he means where the chemistry between the leads was like they were married in real life. I wholeheartedly think Darrin (as played by DY) and Samantha's chemistry was off the charts!! :D Same for Rob and Laura Petrie.
