Toss up between Louie De Palma and Larry Tate. Louie because he was loud, mean, gross and a lech. Larry because he was so pushy and ready to fire you over one little mistake/misunderstanding.

Louie De Palma hands down, Larry would at least treat you better without the insults.

This boss was not a regular boss; I think you mean the regular boss role, like Louie DePalma (I agree with other posters on this, btw). For a one time boss it's the supervisor at the candy company where Lucy and Ethel worked. What a b****! It was the episode where Lucy and Ethel went out to work and Ricky and Fred stayed home to do the housework.
