For me, it's Manny Ramirez, Jim Thome and Albert Belle for leaving the Indians solely for more $$$. Especially Thome, who even vetoed a midseason trade in 2002 only to latch onto the Phillies by year's end.

I can't stomach these players who claim to be so loyal to the home team, fans, management, etc., then when more money is dangled before their eyes, they grab it and run. I'm not kidding...I really get mad. I got so disillusioned after several years that I barely follow pro sports anymore.

Catlover79, I agree with you, especially with Albert Belle. I remember in 1996 when the general manager (or whoever) of the Chicago White Sox was concerned with skyrocketing player salaries, yet contradicted himself when he signed Albert from the Indians for five years, $55 million. I have harbored a strong hatred for the Chicago White Sox ever since. :angryfire (Note: When Albert went to the Baltimore Orioles, I liked him better.)
