Did anyone do anything or get anything special for Valentines Day?




My husband took me to McDonalds and we ordered off the $1.00 menu, we
were low on money. Maybe we'll do better next year.

In my opinion, you had the best Valentine's Day of anyone I have seen or talked to today. The reason I say this, is because even though your husband didn't have a lot of money, what he did was to think of you and took you out, and like the song says, "...even though we ain't got money I'm so in love with you honey," and that is what your husband proved that he is so in love with you. :wave: :cool:

I am glad we got to go out & do something even though we had a low budget
this week. I just wondered if anyone else went out or got flowers or candy?
Some years we don't do anything special for Valentines.

My boyfriend bought me a dozen red roses, a teddy bear, and earrings that match the necklace he gave me at Christmas. Also he wrote me a poem in my V Day card.

Yeah it was. But really even if he hadn't gotten me anything, I wouldn't have cared. Just as long as we could have spent the day together.

I got a homemade card and a box of chocolates. Tomorrow I may hit him up for a McDonald's milkshake. :D

He got a Seinfeld DVD set.
