These have to be from Detroit, at least the first one. It's a bit of a challenge trying to guess the TV Guide editions of these issues based on the channel numbers listed for the network ads. One of the first ads does state "Eastern Virginia Edition" at the bottom. I'm still trying to guess where the edition with ABC affiliates on 7 & 24 is.

...and I just answered my own question here. ABC was on channel 7 in Detroit and channel 24 in nearby Toledo, OH at the time.
Also, the NBC ads w/ channels 10, 12, 29 are also from the Eastern Virginia Edition, channel 10 from Norfolk, 12 from Richmond, and 29 from Charlottesville.

Only ones I could think of were WDBJ 7 in Roanoke and WPTY 24 in Memphis.

It couldn't be WPTY in Memphis because WPTY didn't become an ABC affiliate until December 1, 1995, when it switched affiliations with WHBQ 13 which took on the old Fox affiliation after it was purchased by Fox.

Thanks, I just Googled ABC 24 and WPTY came up. I didn't research it beyond that.
