To answer your question, it's from Season 2 of I Dream of Jeannie. More specifically, the scene you refer to is from the tag scene for Episode #47 [The Greatest Invention in the World].

...he did NOT write the episode with Groucho in mind. Apparently, Groucho asked him if he could make an appearance on "JEANNIE", and Sheldon pencilled in the scene where he pops up at the end of "The Greatest Invention In the World" [1/9/67]. Groucho would only do this for Sidney, who was one of his closest friends. And he got a new color TV set, with "clicker" remote, for his fee, although Richard Albain, the special effects artist on the show, told about how Groucho was sent a set without a "clicker", and....that's another story in itself!
