On The Andy Griffith Show, Aunt Bee was the pitchlady for a furniture polish. Of course, it didn't work out.

Yeah, her own brand got her clothes whiter and Archie tried to get her to lie because of the money.

Let's see ...

On Perfect Strangers Larry and Balki presented the Chicago Chronicle in a billboard on the side of a public transportation bus. The slogan was "News with a friendly touch" or something similar. I can't remember if there was a television ad in addition to the billboard or not.
