Thanks again. :)

I'm not sure how long it will take for my friend to get better. I'm hoping that she will get better. I want to call and wish her well, but I know she needs to rest and get better. I am going to mail her a get well card that I bought. How much time do you all think I should allow before I try to call her and see how she is? On one hand if I wait it might seem like I don't care, but then if I call too soon I don't want to interrupt her when she's not feeling well. Is the card enough for now to show that I'm thinking of her?

When I was in the hospital, the only people that called me were my online friends. That really hurt. :( And it showed my mom that I pick really good friends and my family sucks lmao JK. But it did hurt that my family didn't call. It made me feel a lot better that my friends called. :)

I feel soo sorry for your Friend you defintley have my thought's and prayers with you Just take one day at a time. thats all you basically can do...

I can't believe this. :crying: :( I just spoke to my bestfriend on the phone who told me that my friend who has been in the hospital is much sicker than I thought. :( She is now out of the hospital, but since around Christmas time she has been in and out of the hospital a few times. She almost died a few times. :( She has had pneumonia (spelling?) They had to do surgery to take the fluid off her lungs. I'm not sure if she's still on an oxygen tank. I heard at one point when she was out of the hospital she was. She's lost weight and isn't doing well. :( It breaks my heart to know my friend has been so sick. I truly hope she makes a full recovery. I don't think I can cope if my friend dies. My bestfriend is also battling the flu that she has had for two weeks. She's not nearly as sick though as my other friend. My bestfriend said that my friend's dog has been very ill and my friend and her husband had to spend thousands of dollars on the dog. My friend was in the hospital back in 2001 and almost died from Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and I'm so sad that she's sick again with pnemonia. I'm glad I know about my friend so that I know how she is. I just wish she was all better and had not been sick. I'm not sure how much more sadness I can take. I've already been feeling so sad and now I feel even worse. :crying:

Please if anyone could send thoughts and prayers to my friend I would really appreciate it. She needs all the good thoughts she can get.

Just say in your card that you'd like to come see her, but you want her to get her rest and you'll come when she feels good enough to entertain guests.
