I watched this episode on DVD, and felt like saying how much I like it. It's one of the few Beth-less episodes, but it was still good. I loved Bill's scene where he played the song "Slow Ride". Matthew was funny when he caused the guy to spill coffee on himself, and Matthew thought the guy was having a heart attack. And then of course Lisa wanting to have a baby.

It's probably in my top 10 favorite episodes.

What are your thoughts on this episode?

I liked Beth but she didn’t make or break the show.

Much of that era, it had a fairly weak plot - but it was very well in execution.

Don't forget the whole part where Jimmy wanted to be with his staff, Joe showed a bit of love, and Jimmy never DID get his globetrotters.

Not one of my favorites from season 3, but I thought it was a good episode. My favorite part was at the end when Jimmy tricked Matthew into thinking he had died. :lol:

Another thing I liked about this episode was Bill playing "Slow Ride". I could be wrong, but I think that's the only time they ever played rock music on the show.
