He couldn't win in Denver with John Elway and he's the one that thought Rob Johnson was a better QB than Doug Flutie in Buffalo. You never know. He might not have been a great coach in CLeveland... But supposedly when Parcells was winning Championships in NY it was because of Belchick. Who knows maybe he'll turn that D into the #1 dallas ranked D back in the 2003-2004 season. The players seem to be happy with the hire. It's worth the risk.
