I just saw the episode when they live out in the country and raise 500 chicks. I saw a sad thing! A baby chick was crushed by a box and Lucy didn't notice it. When Lucy takes in the chicks from the cold she lets all 500 chicks to run loose in the house and as shes letting them out she puts a box on some chicks and some run out from under it, but one chick gets stuck. I saw the box move for a while, but then when they cut back to the same scene the box was still so I think a chick suffocated or got crushed? Can someone tell me what happened? Does anyone have a screen cap of this?

I know what you mean. I have been bothered by that too. If you notice, several chicks get under the box and Lucy gets them out. Then, another one gets under the box from the front and she doesn't see it. That is the one that gets trapped. I'd like to think that Lucy wouldn't leave that poor chick under there just to keep a scene going.

I captured a picture of it, but as of now the file is too big for the website to upload. I will try to find out how to do it.

OMG, everytime I have seen that episode, I can't help but look at those poor chicks being squashed. OUCH!!!!!!:eek:
