I had a very good male friend who was 9 when TC premiered and he became hooked. He was inspired to go to culinary school and become a chef just like Jack Tripper.

Also, a sad coincidence: my friend passed on suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 35 on 8/28/03...exactly 2 weeks before John Ritter died. That was not a good time in my life. :(
