All three patients dying at the end of "My Old Lady".

Finding out that Ben died in "My Screw Up".

The young woman waiting for a new heart dying. (Can't think of the episode.)

Jill Tracy and the three transplant patients dying in "My Lunch".

The Cheers writer dying in "My Life in Four Cameras", although I kind of suspected it.

One thing I love about Scrubs is that unlike in most sitcoms, you never know just how the story is going to go.

That was probably my favorite one. I had to watch it again to see for sure whether Cox was the only one speaking to Ben.

I had to watch it again too. I couldn't figure out why Dr. Cox was so upset about losing a patient until the end when it is revealed that Ben is the patient who died.
