Well for some reason it seems that every week I have to say that you cannot post links to YouTube on this board. It is clearly stated in the Forum Rules so here it is again:

6. No spam or advertising is allowed. Do not post direct links to warez or any other illegal material. Spamming the boards, advertising a product, or providing DIRECT links to illegal material is automatic grounds for banning. This includes linking to full episode downloads or viewing of episodes (such as youtube.com).

TJ really can't make it any clearer than that and I am just enforcing his rules. I thought maybe a separate thread stating it would get everyones attention so I won't have to keep telling people weekly. Thank you.

Most forums also have this rule No obscenities or pornography or adult humor. Images of a sexual nature are not allowed, and will be immediately removed if posted. Please remember that there are a number of underage members on this board, and that the main subject of this forum

Tj also has this:

1. We are a PG-13 site - please do not post any disgusting, vulgar, or offensive topics or pictures. Members are expected to self-moderate themselves within these guidelines. Moderators may edit your post if something is over the line. Mild profanity is commonplace, as is close-form substitutions. More severe profanity is blocked by the forum chat filter. Do not attempt to circumvent the chat filter using vbcode...it's just not cool.

I once opened a link left by a member of this board. It turned out to be a naked woman. My 4 year old niece actually saw this near me.

Not to drag the space invaderz thing. But when any member takes objection is not a laughing matter. I have relatives gainfully employed by the Federal bureau of investigation and they do investigate any allegations of kiddie porn.. The administrator themselves can face major heat even if they themselves didn't post it.

2. Message Policy: No personal attacks - do not bring your instant messages, private e-mails or messages to the board. No derogatory comments against other posters, including slurs based on race, religion, gender, sexual preference, or political affiliation. No snide remakrs directed toward other users. No personal threats or harassment. No impersonation of other users. Do not act in a matter interpreted as condescending towards other users. They have just as much right to express their opinion as you. ANY Sitcoms Online user caught making racist and/or derogatory comments towards country, region, or group of people, OR ANY SITCOMS ONLINE MEMBER, will be suspended. Any future violations will result in either an extended suspension, or banning.

I guess when Treeman got bounced around those rules were overlooked for whatever reason. But hey as the saying goes i"f you don't like it then leave it." So I guess I will exercise that option. Also if you notice I made no personal attacks or name calling as this is quite childish. In my culture, you handle that stuff face to face and mano to mano. BTW, RIP ROBERT STACK.

That link was probably the one I posted of Keeley Hazell. It was a mistake on my part. She was wearing shorts and was facing sideways, so nothing showed that is typically blurred out and I've seen that picture on many sites, but she was topless and I shouldn't have posted the link here.

The kiddie porn allegation is rank nonsense. I have zilch legal training other than one journalism law class in college, but I'll handle that case and squash the FBI or anyone else within five minutes. If a girl with a cherry popsicle bar qualifies as kiddie porn this country is a legal laughingstock.

Junior lawyer's opinion: While the picture may be off-color and of questionable taste, it does not constitute pornography by the standards that have been set by Black's Law Dictionary. I also agree with the opinions that were stated earlier... a lot of people have chosen some off-beat avatars (I include myself in this category, but I do NOT feel I was offering a pornographic picture when I had the one of CRicci in the pool with a champagne glass.) I place the popsicle picture in the same category. Offbeat? Yeah. Of questionable taste to some? Totally. Pornographic? Absolutely not.
