I think Luke has had more experience being a Father than Chris.

He certainly was more involved with Rory in her younger years than Chris was.

Yes Rory has always known Chris is her dad but like Lorelai said in the character referance(season 7) and as Luke said when Richard and Emily renewed their vows (season 5) Luke has always been there for Rory and Chris can never match up to how much Luke's been there and how many times Chris hasn't.

The sad thing is that Christopher has always tried to do the right thing, but his actions have always had the opposite effect. He tries his best to help out his daughter and Lorelai, but many times he gets burned.

All I know is I'm really excited about tomorrow's ep. Its going to be a good one

There's noone but Luke! "The thing" wasn't there, Luke was with Rory and is now again with April. And he sure will when he and Lor have kids too! :D I can dream, can't I? It will happen.

yeah we all know it! i just worry a little bit i mean i know that Lor and Luke will get together but i just don't like that fact that Lor said that she was going to cut him out of her life i mean ok does she still mean that or did she just say that before she dumped Chris?!! i don't know...... i mean its looking good now i guess! i just worry thats all! but i know that i have nothing to worry about cause Chris is not coming back in there lives! (at least i hope not!)
