No offense to Kelly, but why her? How about someone like Carol Burnett or Bob Newhart or Hal Linden hosting the show?? Someone who actually has something to do with classic comedies or dramas that they air on TV Land?? :(

So far, no one's topped the original host, John Ritter. He was the best one. Brad Garrett was alright, but Cedric wasn't very good. I can't even remember who the fourth host was.

It's cool that they're giving awards to classic TV shows and actors, though.

Mullally last year. Ripa is better at least than her.

Kelly Ripa has about as much business hosting the awards as I have teaching a course on brain surgery. I have nothing against her personally and in fact we even share the same birthday but she doesn't seem like the right person to be hosting but who knows? I might be surprised.

I hope so, Megan Mullally is one of the most annoying actresses ever on tv.
