Tony Dungy and Lovie Smith are showing the other NFL coaches that teams can be successful without coaches yelling and cursing at the players. I can't stand coaches who yell and curse at their players like Bobby Knight's bi*ch ass. I know Bobby is a college basketball coach instead of a football coach but i thought i'd say his name because he has yelled and cursed at his players for years. He shouldn't have been hired for another coaching job. Coaches need to realize that yelling and cursing at your players does nothing but **** off the players and makes them mad at the coach. Bill Parcells and Mike Ditka yelled at their players. If i was a athlete, i couldn't play for a coach like that because i'd end up punching a coach in the jaw LOL.

Each coach has their way of doing things. But I agree, it is a nice change of pace and history is being made with these two black coaches.

This reminds me of when Michael on Good Times mentioned the lack of black NFL coaches.

 at Michael, all I could think about when he said that was "Why don't YOU become a football coach then."
