View Full Version : The Slice of Pizza Mystery in Pizza Stores TVFactFan 01-31-2007, 02:26 PM Why is it that if you go to a certain pizza store and Buy ONE slice, it's soooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!!!!! But if you buy a LARGE pizza from the exact same place the slices are not as good as the one slice you ate when you bought just one. If I am with a group of people and we order a large pie the pizza then seems to taste better, but if I was to go to that same pizza store and order one slice for myself for some reason it does not taste as good. That happens to me too. I think it's because when you order a whole pizza, they usually make it fresh for you. But when you order just one slice, they take it from a pizza that has probably been sitting in the oven for awhile. It drives me crazy when I pay $2.19 or whatever for one or two slices of pizza and they are barely warm! :mad: I guess when you're really hungry, lukewarm pizza will do.
