HOLLYWOOD - Sharon Stone is amazed shamed Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington has entered an anger management course after calling castmate T.R. Knight an anti-gay slur--because she always uses the ‘f’ word to refer to her gay friends.

The outspoken Basic Instinct star claims it's "absurd" Washington has been sent to therapy.

She tells the New York Post, "I've been called a bitch--and a lot worse--for years. And you know what, so what? People who think that aren't going to change their minds.

"And I wouldn't dream of sending them to therapy to 'rehabilitate' their feelings. How absurd.

"Please--I call all my gay friends 'big ***s'."

Washington has entered a 30-day anger management program in a bid to keep his Grey's Anatomy job.

But T.R. Knight is obviously NOT Washington's friend...more so now.

While I do agree that rehab for Washington is ridiculous, she's not getting two things:

a) Not every gay person likes the idea of using the word at all in any possible way.
b) Isaiah was not being friendly or nonchalant while saying it, nor was he trying to be. He was being rude and nasty.

Wow! This is such an unbelievable coincidence!

Just the other day when I was thinking about the whole Isaiah Washington fiasco, I said to myself "What does Sharon Stone think about this?"

I think people are making to big of a deal over this. It seems like he just lost his temper, doesn't that happen to everyone. But I guess when you are famous everyone always makes a huge deal about these types of things.
