You know...I like the song, but ya'll said it best...the commercials just goofy. The song doesn't really go w/the commercial at all. If you want to sell cars to sound of music songs, why not do "my favorite things" and change one of the lyrics to something about the car?

There was a car commerical a few years back that used a jazzy rendition of "My Favorite Things" as a jingle. The way it was being done though, I thought it was suddenly going to turn into "Breaking the Girl" by Red Hot Chili Peppers.

LOL, it seems as if "The Sound of Music" had a minor comeback in '06. Starting with this commercial and Gwen's "Wind It Up."
