Yeah, it feels like FOREVER!! Release season 3 already!!!! Seriously....

If you really want to know when they will be coming out with season 3 go to sitcomsonline.com and click on D. Then scroll down until you find Diff'rent Strokes and click on Diff'rent Strokes online then scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on site guide then click on write to cast and it will give you the name of all the cast members and their addresses and you can write either one of them a letter and ask if they are coming out with season 3 and the rest of the seasons. Also you can ask if they can show the show in other states besides Chicago. Thats what im going to try to do. Im going to write to Gary Coleman. I hope this information helped.

Although writing to the cast members would be nice to tell them how much you enjoy them, but I don't think writing to them to ask when the next Season on DVD is coming out is going to get an answer. I'm sure the cast members have nothing to do with that part of the business.

I think it's taking so long to come out with season 3 because I noticed on tv.com episode and watching ON DEMAND months ago that some of two of season episodes is jumbled up with season 4 episodes: Growing up, and The Model are in season 4 and are suppose to be in 3. So they are probably not sure how they going to do season 3, but i hope it comes out soon.

I can't believe it's been 18 months now since season 2 was released on DVD. Still no word yet about season 3. I really hope Sony will release season 3 by the fall or winter.

well not sure but i personally dont hold much hope for rest of series.thats why im recording them from tbs..they are so far up to season 3.and almost ready to start season 4:wave:

What do you mean give it time? It's been nearly two years now since Season 2 was released and as of now, December 2007, Season 3 is still not released.

I am not counting on them ever being released so I'm recording some DVDs when it airs on Peachtree :)

When will (Season 3) be released? I don't understand how other sitcoms come out really fast, and others take too long. It's frustrating. :mad:

I want to see it too. I think we will at some point. Other shows Sony owns that were given up for abandoned managed to come back out again on DVD. It would be nice if they paired DS S3 with Silver Spoons S2.

Yeah that's true. I would like to know myself because I wasn't going to buy DS on DVD until season 3 because I don't like the first two seasons

I agree, I own the first two seasons and they're not that good. I've been waiting all this time for S3 and beyond because then the show got better.
