Because of Kirk Cameron. Kirk, who gave his life to God, felt that she should be fired because he felt the show would have promoted pornography. What a butthole:rolleyes: .

Yeah.That wouldn't have hurt the show unless they had it in the show that Mike found out Julie posed for PLAYBOY.That would've been a part that hurt the show...kind of

but too we have to look at how it's a good thing kate came in since that is how the actress and kirk met and then later married... so at least he met his wife through the show... but i did like julie a lot more than kate... and wasn't the whole playboy thing WAAAAY before she was on growing pains?
