I watched a segment on this...I believe it was on Dateline abt a year ago. Apparently the real issue is a racial one, so they believe. The girl is white. He is black. Had it not been a black/white relationship, this never would have been pursued.

A felony?? Prison? 10 years? What a joke. Time to update your laws, Georgia.

This reminds me. When I was in high school, 2 students, both were sophmores I believe, were caught doing the same thing in one of the rooms in the wood shop. All they got was suspension for the week.

Like I said, it was more of a racial thing than anything else. This thread should be retitled: Black guy gets 10 years for getting a b*** job from a white girl.

Terrible story. I hope the guy gets out. It's bull **** like this that gives prosecutors a bad name. The Duke University non-rape story, another case of justice and egos gone wild.
