What show's does Citadel Inveltment own the right's to

– ION Media Networks, Inc. (AMEX: ION) today announced that after the close of business on January 17, 2007, it received a proposal from NBC Universal, Inc. (NBCU) and Citadel Limited Partnership for a restructuring of ION's outstanding preferred and common stock that, if implemented, would include a tender offer for the shares of ION's Class A common stock on the terms contemplated by the November 7, 2005 restructuring transaction between ION, NBCU and Lowell W. Paxson and his affiliates. The proposed tender offer would be conducted by an affiliate of Citadel Limited Partnership and by ION and would be extended to all holders of ION's outstanding shares of Class A common stock, other than the shares held by Mr. Paxson's affiliates and certain shares issued since November 7, 2005 in connection with stock-based compensation awards made after that date to employees and directors of ION.

Alfred Hitchcock Presents
Kate and Allie
Alice
Perfect Strangers
The Wonder Years
The Wayans Bros
Starsky & Hutch

They have deals in place with Warner Bros., Sony, NBC Universal and (apparently) CBS Paramount, so it should be interesting when they finally expand programming.

The first post has been updated with the shows on the ION poll that we didn't know about. Some seem strange, like LAPD, Moral Court and Lingo though, I never expected those.

Moral Court is Universal and LAPD is MGM, which of course is owned by Sony now for TV. I don't know who owns the 80s Lingo. It's probably Sony, Warner or Universal.

I thought Moral Court was under Warner Bros.

If Green Acres (which is already on ION) is a part of the deal, is there a possibility Petticoat Junction is also available to ION?

Petticoat Junction is a Viacom show and Green Acres is MCA/Sony show.
