I need some help/advice about something that's on my mind. I noticed the other week that one of my co-workers has talent and I've told her that she should consider working with children (for example) who are in a hospital where she goes and cheers them up, etc....

A person who does that is called what? I can't think of the name.
I told her that she doesn't have to volunteer but get the necessary training and then she would have a great job; make great money. She's been at Zellers for about 7 yrs. and she told me this morning that she's not happy.

She has contacted an agency but she's waiting for a response. If I had some talent; I wouldn't waste it working at a store or whatever where I am not happy and using my talent, etc.... I know that it's her choice but I strongly think and believe that she would be great at it and be very successful.

I would greatly appreciate any response whether good or bad. Thanks!! :wave:
