i have a qusetion for anybody that read the sitcoms of norman lear.
my question is Did Sherman Hemsley And Isabel Sanford Really Have A Fight Or Argument on the set one time? anyway that what i understood when i read that part.

Sanford was not thrilled when Hemsley, who is YOUNG enough to have been her son, was cast to play her husband. Once she found out Hemsley was gay, she didn't mind it so much.

Why are you posting FALSE information? Do you have the source stating that Hemsley is GAY?

i heard he was gay but you do have to have some source stating he was gay.
but otherwise Isabel Sanford and Sherman Hemsley did get along great.
if they didn't i dont think the show would have lasted 11 season and they would not have made other tv appearence(like the fresh prince and denny commercials and the tv land awards) 10 or 18 years after the show ended
