Wonder if they would have got rid of T.O. if he would have stayed?

Ex Bills coach Wade Phillips is apparently the front runner to take over.

Before Parcells came the Cowboys were awful. They had no idea what they were doing in the draft and the Coaches had no power at all. I hope they don't go back to that. I don't really care for Wade Phillips. He was a mediocre coach at best. He couldn't win with John Elway in Denver and the Bills regressed while he was coach.

Bill Parcells doesn't retire, he takes sabbaticals. I wonder what team he will coach in a couple of years? Hmmm

Parcells main problem was he took too long to ADDRESS the QB position

Oh I hope that is not true.

The first thing that popped into my head was how happy is Jon Gruden in Tampa?

And look at this article from November that I just found.

Gruden and Dallas would be a great fit.

God, I hope that could happen.

I'm also hearing Norv Turner's name being mentioned. :ohno:

I wouldn't mind Gruden but Man I wish we could land Bill Cowher.

Considering this is Jerry Jones we are talking about, you know who ever it is, it will be a BIG name.

I was hoping he'd stick around for one more year. Despite all the problems the Cowboys had last season, it was the best season they've had in a while.

Who are some candidates the cowboys are looking for?
