Out of all the TV shows, exactly why is it that FOL grips us? Is it just because there's great characters with a lot of personality? I think it's because this shows main objective wasn't to necessarily make us laugh, but to really instill life lessons and keep us open to what life really offers. Any others?

I like it becaue i like these kinds of sitcoms..the ones with "very special" episodes, and silly 80's fashions. thats what drew me to it.

it drew me in from the issues that they brought up and the closeness of the girls. I really became interested in the show when Jo was introduced in season two. The whole Blair-Jo dynamic was wonderful. That definitely kept me watching. Thanks to the dvd's it's just a dream come true to have FOL anytime.

I think the title & the lyrics of the song says it all. Based through my experience of watching the show when I was a teen, I love the fact that the show focused on four different characters whom I could easily relate to and saw as "young" role models.This show has great message & each episode was & still is a lesson to me. FOL will always remain close to my heart & I feel very nostalgic whenever I think about it.:)

I grew up with them. I'm the same age. They dealt with all the issues facing teenage girls. I always learned a "lesson" in each episode. I liked all four of the girls very much. I looked at Jo as a role model because my life was very similar to hers. Great chemistry between the actors. They fit together really well. And it was always good for a laugh and sometimes a cry too.

Good question..

Maybe because I can relate to all of the girls in some way and the story lines were awesome. Natalie ALWAYS made me laugh, plus, the show just kicks ass!! There aren't enough words to describe why I love this show!
