Does anyone know where the show was filmed? They used to have alot of
beautiful outdoor scenes and I wondered where it was located.

some of the outdoor lake scenes look to be the same area where Andy on the Andy Griffin Show parked his leaky boat for the crook to take. Could be the fishing area where OPie and Andy fished.
