Interns

This is a new sitcom about a prestige California law firm and centers around its lawyers and interns. The show focuses on Mason, Sheridan, and Heirton Law Offices in Southern California. The firm's three senior partners are the hardworking family man-Alex Mason (Kirk Cameron), the newly-divorced, former Miss America 1985-Georgia Sheridan (Kathy Ireland), and the newly-engaged and beautiful Candace Heirton (Karyn Parsons). The firm has four interns a.k.a "the newbies": the single mom-Holly Richards (Sara Rue), man who's driven by money and power-Will Hamilton (Will Estes), the sweet, funny guy-Kyle Fisher (Deon Richmond), and the former sorority girl who wants to beat the odds-Veronica Lavender (Jodie Sweetin).

Ep1: Winning and Losing:
Georgia, along with help from Will and Lavender, take on a highly-publicized divorce case between former actress, Rosie Carter (Leeza Gibbons) and her ex-husband. Georgia impresses Will and Lavender by using her Southern charm as facade, before she attacks and jumps in for the win of the case. Meanwhile, Alex enlists help of Kyle and Holly when he defend an elderly man who has filed a lawsuit against a big corporation over "false advertising". Turns out, their client has been lying to them the whole time just to receive some attention--yet ends up commiting perjury and is put in jail. Lastly, Candace returns from her Bahamas vacation with news that she's engaged to be married, everyone is happy for her.

Ep2: Lies and Deception:
Georgia and Kyle take on a case involving a hit-and-run accident that caused a man's life, but things get even messier when the opposing lawyer uses bad ethics to make his client look better than theirs. Meanwhile, Alex and Will take a case where a teenage girl cried rape after finding out she's pregnant. Alex's family gets stricken with a nasty cold of the flu and must step down from representing the client, Will tries to handle it all by himself, but crashes and burns badly--shortly after rejecting Candace and Holly's legal assistance.

Ep3: Juror Selection:
Lavender gets selected to be a part of the jury for the Anna Nicole Smith's daughter's paternity lawsuit. Lavender drops everything, leaving Candace high and dry, and partakes as a member of the jury. Candace becomes angered with Lavender, but Will and Kyle come to help her out. Meanwhile, Alex and Georgia defend a falsely-accused murder suspect (Kathy Kinney) who is accused of murdering her husband and his mistress.
