what ever happened to Staurt Heaton ?

there are several posts on this board that discuss the heaton/nabb case in detail. The compact version is Mr. Heaton is still in jail and while a good percentage of us feel he is guilty, there is some question as to how he was prosecuted perhaps warranting him a new trial
